Drug & Alcohol Testing
This week the Ministry of Defence has provided guidance in relation to Children Cases where during the proceedings there has been drug and alcohol testing carried out. Police are investigating potential manipulation of results at two main companies used for providing expert evidence and Reports.
This could affect whether a party makes an application to the Court to revisit the decision made, to vary or set aside such an Order.
